Commercial Tenant Services, Inc. (CTS) is pleased to announce that Tony Collura has joined CTS as a senior member of our Lease Audit Group. Mr. Collura brings over twenty years of real estate accounting and lease audit expertise to CTS’ lease audit practice and will focus his efforts in our portfolio lease audit services platform.
Most recently as President of CRS, Mr. Collura has performed and negotiated lease audits and recoveries at properties in virtually every major and secondary North American market. Mr. Collura has extensive experience negotiating with national, regional and local landlords, and is an authority in the application of lease audit practices and principals. Mr. Collura is a highly sought after expert in the lease audit field and has presented at various national and regional tenant representative and legal programs.
As a senior member of CTS’ lease audit practice, Mr. Collura will lead CTS lease audit teams in portfolio-level engagements as well as operate as a Senior CTS Lease Auditor. Mr. Collura will integrate in all levels of the CTS services platform including landlord negotiations and the resolution of overcharge / cost avoidance recoveries.
A native of New Jersey, Mr. Collura is active in CoreNet and other real estate and tenant representative associations and groups. Mr. Collura earned his degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
